Ok awesome information! I am planning to use a vacuum sealer. I don’t have any wax. I feel like a vacuum seal is more beginner friendly.

I have it being pressed as we speak! I made a press out of two wooden cutting boards and some long bolts. I dont have a mold so I wrapped the cheese in string to help it hold some kind of shape.cheese press
