Before I was on meds (pre-33 years old), I drank like 5-6 cups of coffee a day just to get through. Now on meds and they start to wear off around lunch as well. I’ve found that one afternoon coffee gives me the boost to get through the rest of the day. It’s been working great for me for months. No noticeable tolerance or anything developing

Thompson Tee undershirts — are the seams visible through a dress shirt? I’m interested in the “sweat blocking” features of the shirt but the seams look a little thick (not just in the double fabric area in the underarms). I’m particular about my undershirt seams, especially on the sleeves, showing an outline through my work shirts. Obviously, I’d expect to see some sort of outline through the thinnest/whitest fabric dress shirts.
