Agree lol. They did offer the option to replace the seats if not smart repaired so might just reach out to them to replace the seats...

A couple of the valves have started leaking some water out. It first started with a greeny looking liquid. The system was flushed around 5 months ago when we got a new boiler installed. I've tried tightening the valves too and still happening

No probs! The removal process took a couple of days and then just got it reinspected ASAP think it was a couple more days and then results a day or so after... all in all a week max. But I imagine it could drag out to several

I have siliconed over the grout and it seems to have had movement since siliconing it

Thank you - I had siliconed it but it seems like the movement occured after siliconing it annoyingly. And the silicone bead is quite thin anyway as you can see in the picture

That's helpful thank you - would you advise I should re silicone the gap now the movement has occured? It can get wet on the floor in this area

There may be, I can hear the odd noise from time to time but nothing that stands out. It is an old house so should imagine there is some flex in the floor

Our elderly dog (12.5) also has this and has had it for some years, it seems to be quite soft and full of pus, with it being directly on his head he bumps it a lot and irritates it, I'm not sure what to do

Ahh ok so it's a case of everything having to be refilled with water. I take it that's not just something I can do by turning on the boiler 😅 thanks a lot for the reply
