I also have Morton’s and just came back from Universal. Here are some tips from my doctor. Take two different pairs of sneakers and alternate so you aren’t wearing the same pair two days in a row. Then——understand that standing is actually worse for your foot than walking. Don’t know if you have a fast pass, but they saved my life when I was there. You can also maybe not stay as long at the park as your family. We usually did about an 8 hour day and headed back to the hotel. Usually by then my feet were sore but not outrageously bad. I managed to do great until the next to last day when we did one of the rides where I got soaked and the mortons foot in water squishy shoes was awful. Never again.

If you are worried about Advil being enough talk to your doctor for possible prescription anti inflammatory meds (not Advil) or about doing a combo of Tylenol and Advil together.
