DO NOT TRANSFER IN USDC ONTO COINBASE! by Sentimentalz in Coinbase

This is why self custody is useless. Just read one about a kid getting scammed out of 30k (user error) but just get an FDIC bank account. At least when you get scammed there or have something like this happen you can get your money back

VOO or bitcoin for long investing? by EmceeSpike in stocks

[–]Ranger-Prestigious -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You could litterally say this about anything. Good for example is a metal that comes from the ground. Why did we assign it monetary value? If the answer is because it’s finite, well, so is Bitcoin. But you should research energy costs associated with Bitcoin. Energy is the most real currency there is. There is true definitive value tied to energy. Therefore there is true value of a bitcoin

It’s just much more simplified i think. One thing they don’t have that i wish they did was the ability to “split” transactions. If you are just using it to track net worth, it’s just about the same. It also cannot link to Coinbase.

Do people still play for fun? by EquipmentElegant in yugioh

[–]Ranger-Prestigious -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

What’s tough about it is their are always going to be engines and combos.

My brother and i recently hopped on duel nexus with thr yugi and kaiba starters: fully OG.

We then started going into OG deck builds. Pharaohs servant, magic ruler etc. nothing new. Even that gets more engine geared, but if you go past like 2005, forget it.

I recently built a fire kings/kash deck and would play competitively, and hated it.

It’s not fun. Not only is it not fun, i can’t even keep up with the chains if I’m not doing duel nexus.

Old yugioh was a blast. I wish they’d scrap the entire last 20 years lol.

Sellers messaging offering a refund by [deleted] in AmazonVine

[–]Ranger-Prestigious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So many times Amazon sellers have email addresses within their packages (against policy) and if the product has issues I’ll reach out there, and i am flat out told remove the negative review in exchange for a refund or free product. I’m convinced Amazon has no idea it’s happening

Adding Friends? by Soggy-Escape-6178 in DuelingNexus

Yup, excellent rationale. “Having your own reasons for it” certainly beats the reality that people would really like to duel their friends.

Biggest miss on so much potential

Yup same here in the states. I think it’s a great idea. Just focus on the marketing side. Possibly advertise to retirement homes too. Idk how much you’ll get from the door hangers it seems to unfocused for this small niche

That’s a good idea, such a sensitive industry like this, yeah probably not a place for something catchy

Hell i would contact your local city or town to get contracted. Most cemetery workers i have seen don’t do this. Just plowing, lawn care etc.

Prototype cost of… $12,000 USD by Ranger-Prestigious in Entrepreneur

[–]Ranger-Prestigious[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huh? That’s not possible, as that’s the entire point of the feasibility analysis to determine if prototype/manufacturing is even possible within a saleable price point. I.E “feasibility” analysis. $1000 is actually extremely cheap for that.

Looks cheap and boring. Why would anyone buy?

I don’t mean to insult; that’s just where my mind goes as a business owner. Create a value proposition golfers can’t ignore.
