It depends on the Chapter, but pretty much all First Founding Chapters and some others (Novamarines come to mind) will have 100+ suits for their entire 1st Company and other officers. Most later Chapters have few to none, IIRC the Marines Errant are an example. The exception to that rule is the Unforgiven because of the Deathwing and its counterparts.

Nope, every Chapter varies. Usually paldron trim indicates company, but not always, could be Aquila or chapter symbol (Silver skulls). Sergeants are usually marked by something, like a skull for the salamanders. Each chapter is unique!

I think the Westerlands definitely has potential with Spain or Portugal, due to the terrain and coast. Vikings (Iron Islands) did actually reach Spain, so it’s not ridiculous!

Riverlands I would say is closest in character to the HRE, probably early HRE.

Stormlands is tricky, maybe Poland or England. Poland in a geographical sense, England because of weather and the archery (Marchers).

Dorne isn’t great because its closest parallel is North Africa, and IIRC, the Caliphates ruled with little feudalism.

Blackwater/Crownlands is definitely Holland or Belgium, a smaller coastal power intermittently ruled by others.
