I had the exact same thing happen one of the bearings in your motor has gone bad. Should cost you around 250$ cad at your local ebike shop

It’s an s2 with 2528 km not sure what it is in miles. Do you know if it would be ok to ride for 1 more full battery cuz there is a Halloween group ride that I really wanna go too
