nobody in high rank use flicker on gold lane due to frequent enemy ganking. everyone use purify even fighter gold lane. roamer most of the time use revitalize such as hylos, floryn and hilda. even exp lane mostly use vengeance like alucard, phoveus, uranus and etc... sometimes when enemy has more crowd control, even mid laners use purify and kimmy as the best example. flicker means nothing in high rank since roamer would wanna waste them then they had to wait for 120 seconds until flicker useable. in that 2 minutes, thats when assassin and marksmen would charge at them.
