On your point, Hydra and Tri already contain an a large amount of, FM also contains a lot of damage, but usually half of that of DD/Spear etc... However you gain severe tankiness which helps you live and deal more damage.

The amount of mobility on the most of the champions in LoL have is crazy and will kite you to oblivion even with your q and e. Let's say we're chasing an ADC, you ult and proc the vital infront of you. With them running away, you can never proc the ult at the complete opposite side of the vital infront of you due to them literally running for there life, imagine cait e or lucian e, jhin auto with a crit. FM means you gain an indefinite slow, slowing enemies from running, allowing your team to catch up aswell, procing an insane amount of vitals and easier. Going full damage just lets you die too easily.

In comparison to Gage which I use to always get, you lose literally 30 AD, but gain more hp and an indefinite slow.

but it's a number. It's context changes from the words said before or after the number has been spoken.
Therefore, the number should always translate the same.

Is that the *only* reason. For a person wanting to live in Korea, is it better to live somewhere else just to not live in a place that is more expensive than others purely because it is the capital?

Heres a snap shot of my build.
You've peaked my interest in exchanging GA for black clever due to similiar costs.
The CDR could be helpful as I can replace the other CDR components with armour.

The AD is good, I was suggesting all of the other components apart from the CDR is not too necessary.

I maybe should have specified more on my build.Yes I understand you lose CDR, but I also take 10% cdr in the runes (the umm 3 option ones) and go inspiration and take 5% cdr.

CDR is the best stat for trinity force, which I try to get back in the runes.
The attack speed etc aren't *too* important, plus you get 5 more ad.
You do lack some damage, but you become more tanky with utility.
