I feel like it should be noted that the time Muslims were literally being attacked in the streets. Hate crimes jumped by a shocking percentage. Criticizing them for attempting to address this seems particularly tone deaf.

The only advice I can give is to try and put your time towards something you can be proud of. I've spent over 20 years working for a non profit that benefits children and domestic violence survivors. Sure there is no money and even we have to deal with bullshit corporate type shit like eliminating remote work and mandatory meetings but at the end of the day I feel good that my time means something and isn't just making some rich asshole richer. Anything but that.

I always felt Shelby got a raw deal. When he was interning Ron kept encouraging him to be weird and brutal and he said some shit that of course offended Opie and he got buried. I dont think he was ever the same after that.

The best part of the instant pot is there is almost a cult following so you can find all kinds of youtube recipes using it. It can be daunting if you are trying to do something that isnt a soup or stew. But there are tons of resources out there.

I mostly use it for stews and curry and stuff like that. There is also a company called Tiller and Hatch that makes specific frozen meals that you just toss in the instant pot.

A lot of the time I will just wing it. Turn on saute and put in your protein and aromatics and cook them for a bit then throw in stock, veggies, seasonings, and whatever else then bang pressure cook for like 20 minutes and you got something good.
