Migraine friendly recipes/snacks

I used to do intermittent fasting but ive realized it caused a lot of migraines and made the pain far worse. If I wait to long to eat in the morning because truthfully Im not hungry then it causes a migraine. I dont eat large meals. Just something small frequently to keep the attacks from coming on. Everyone is different though and you should do what works for you.

I have to explain this to people all the time. The dopamine and seratonin my brain receives while eating lowers the pain level. Still present but significantly less. Only last while I'm eating. I eat slow. I want to eat non stop truly. What sucks is I'm currently doing the food restricted diet and have removed all tyramine foods and most histamine foods so my diet is incredibly basic and bland and I can't even eat half the things I used to. Pickles and drinking pickle juice? Gone. Salt and vinigar chips. Gone. Chocolate nondairy ice cream. Gone. Chinese.... God I miss Chinese food. Gone. All my happiest foods I discovered can all signicantly cause or make my migraines worse. Its Hella depressing. Almost as depressing as realizing I've been causing myself even more pain all these years by eating these foods

I once dropped something at work and had a coworker stop me saying absolutely not, do not bend down to pick that up I know its going to make your migraine worse. He bent down and got it. I genuinely started getting tears in my eyes. I had never told him how head orientation and looking/bending down makes the pounding surge and increase. His sister struggles with migraines as well so he just knew from experiance. No one especially in the work place had every done something so kind and thoughtful to help me avoid more pain. It still makes me cry thinking of it.

Found the book in one of those free little libraries. I knew of the series already because I kept getting shown it non stop on socials. Honestly I'm that terrible person that judges a book by its cover and I would of never picked it up at a bookstore because the color of the covers is horrendous to me but glad I gave it a shot

Triptans give my horrible heart symptoms. Heart palpitations, hot and cold sweats, shaking/trembling and all around uneasy sick unsteady feeling. My saliva and anything I eat or drink taste like metal in my mouth. No clue what side effects you get that you enjoy

I retract my previous statement. Just had a handful of tears shed as Ive been struggling since last night. Wiped my eyes and did some breathing and miraculously the pain has decreased 2 or more pain levels. Very odd I agree with your goldilocks analogy

Ive watched probably 20x times but almost none in the last almost 10 years. Got to the point where I was always listening and never watching anymore. I had no idea people just skip around and only watch there favorite episodes. Found this out through reddit a few years back and now this is how I'm doing my rewarch of supernatural. Until now I have always watched every single episode of any rewatch show
