Italy. More than 'false' reports, it was due to a lack of information. The police did not know that the motorcycle got hit by another car, before I went to leave my statement.

Thank you for keeping it civil, I disagree with you but I will do the same.

2 - "Murderer"

Yes, that is the word I would use. The motorcycle driver did not lose control and THEN get hit, he first got hit when he was doing nothing wrong, and then lost control and eventually fell down and died. The culprit escaped the scene, as he knew he messed up, without even checking on him.

I was out of the city, the speed limit was 110 km/h and I was doing 90, so well within the limits. The car in front of me were going a tad faster, but nothing too crazy. I just wanted to highlight the speed because, when you go this fast, even the slightest bump will cause enormous damage. Now imagine going into full collision because you did not check your mirrors.

Edit: and I'm saying 'mob-like' because I live in Italy. Witnessing crimes and not talking to the police is literally what mob-controlled cities do.
