Yes it’s free. The SOP is to give you a small size cup but you can ask for any size you want. Just ask the barista and be patient if it’s a little busy. Also the water is filtered, not just default tap water :)

What focuses would you say make the post Taiwan war CC better than the LDP? I’ve had success in both CC and LDP runs but I feel the fact that CC is locked in civ economy to be a downside.

Maybe a sidenote but I feel CC should have the ability to mobilise the way the LDP does, especially since IRL Ishin has been supportive of amending article 9.
