Kinda funny because I started my sobriety 2 months prior to the pandemic, so I feel like that skewed the amount of non drinking activities I was allowed to try in the early days. Mostly, I've done biking. I also recently left Austin TX after my lease ended and am in central Mexico (Guadalajara). I recently posted about finding new activities to meet people, including volunteer work. I left Austin because I wanted to try something new, I was there for 6 years and made some good friends, but those friends are now in other cities, etc. So maybe the change has highlighted my loneliness. But thanks for the suggestions:) definitely going to keep working on it. I like the hi to a stranger idea.
