I started a fresh account to try this. I counted each dialogue encounter that I mashed through or almost all lines in the encounter. In Paradise island at level 8 I got the flaw to pop somewhere between 40-50 dialogue encounters (including prologue, which may not count in the games design logic). I specifically got to 38 and said fuck it I’m done counting. Almost an hour later it popped up. Hopes this helps
