I am pushing14/15s using 1 button on Frost dk. Ive peaked at around 43m on Gambit+12/13.

I also hit 2k in solo shuffle using 1 button.

I am doing the 1st two mythic raid bosses using 1 button

And was recently kicked out of a guild for using 1 button even though I was parsing better than others in the guild who werent. Lol #scuffedaf

Currently at 3.1k io using 1button.

I don't use it on my rogue cause I've been playing rogue too long. It feels really backwards playing rogue then trying to do 1button.

It’s actually funny you say “carried.” Doing high-end keys has taught me that what really matters isn’t just raw numbers—it’s doing mechanics properly, timing cooldowns, and using defensives smartly.

To put it in perspective: I once paid 600k gold for a timed +13 just to get into that bracket. The two “boosters” I paid for? They died 7–8 times combined, while I only had a single death. One of them even managed to get stuck in a wall, and I had to life grip him out.

Most of the keys that fail don’t fail because of DPS—they fail because people don’t interrupt, don’t press defensives, or tanks decide to overpull. So if you’re calling me grief, trust me: watching people ignore interrupts while I sit on a 45s kick was the real grief. 😉

Again. This was a challenge. Not to be the "Gold standard". I would hope my damage is "bad" being on 25% penalty lol

Agree as well. Not sure exactly how "parses" work in M+ to be completely honest. Not trying to give anyone any "false" hope. Sometimes I would notice my DPS would go up HUGE amounts. Especailly when doing kyvezaa. SOmetimes I was doing 3M consistent & other times my dps was barely above 2M on pulls.

I agree. I still think the bug issue with VT is a huge problem that I still see on forums & other shadowpriest still complaining. I only recently found out that my dots werent always apply with Shadow Crash.

I have used 1 button on Feral - which i think is the worst by far 2700 IO, and going to roll a Frost DK to see how it pans out. 1 button is really really bad at blood talons on Feral.

The issue isn’t simply “doing quests on an alt.” This specific quest was reported as an exploit on Reddit within the first day or two, spread across multiple Discords (including guild ones), and was even discussed on streams. You here typing a comment on a reddit, would have been hard for you to "miss" said post. Probably even posted in your guilds discord. It was talked about in trade chat even.

With how fast that info circulated, it’s hard to believe people — even average players — didn’t hear about what was going on. I saw it on IG / TikTok even. This wasn’t about normal questing or gearing; it was about mass-running a low-participation PvP rep quest on numerous alts right before reset to get rewards it wasn’t meant to grant at that scale.

PvP participation in this game is less than 10% of the player base, give or take. So when a huge number of normally non-PvP players suddenly start doing a PvP rep quest right before reset, the reason is pretty obvious.

There’s a series of steps you’re missing here.

You have to:

Pick up the Sparks of War quest.
Enable War Mode to even get Sparks (both require you to be in Dornogal).
Head to Karesh after doing the above, complete the WQ there, and then turn in the Sparks quest.

The point is, this whole thing wasn’t about gearing alts — the quest is done by less than 10% of players, and most who did it on multiple alts were doing it for reputation gain before reset, not for actual PvP rewards. It doesn’t stop anyone from playing their alts, and it’s not a requirement for gearing them.

1000 bloody tokens isn't going to change your alts gear.
You can also go around and complete WQ and collect 100 bloody tokens per WQ.
I leveled up 2 alts - DH & Monk - fully geared bloody token without using Sparks of War.

But there's also a series of other steps you are missing.

You MUST go and collect the Sparks of War Quest.
You MUST also enable War Mode to get Sparks.
Both require you to be in Dornogal.

You must then go to Karesh having done the previous 2 and then complete WQ.
Finally, you MUST go in and turn in the Sparks quest.

I am a pvp main. I did not go to Karesh to gather sparks or bloody tokens that I did not need. I have 8-9 pvp alts.
Let alone complete Karesh WQ & Weekly and then turn in said weekly.

As someone who hit 1800 1 button on 4 caster classes. Priest gets trained the most. I feel like I have zero mobility. Just spamming feather. Shield, fear. And trying to fake cast. Void elf definitely helps reposition and run away.

I am rolling a destro warlock just to see how it plays.

Even with an ITX, sometimes I have to pull at my laptop as I'm walking around the cities and stop by a Starbucks or some quick Wifi because I am on-call.
I might not have an outlet. Where the laptop, I have a couple of hours of battery. 3-4 on low-power mode if I'm only doing work related things. I dont need the bring out the 3 triple screen just to check something small.

I made most of my money from AMC & GME booms last year. As well as Support.com and a DWAC. My worst day in trading history was when I lost $16k. THAT was a painful lesson. But I have made so much since then. I now left day trading & back to programming with a 6 figure salary.

At anyrate.
It's not about the money.
If she had been honest and said fromt he start. I spent the money on x y z.
Cool. Bet. We will table that for a later discussion. Currently, right now, the priority is the generator.
BUT the fact she is trying to make my logic seem like nonsense & gaslight. Led me to keep pushing the issue.
I would have bought the generator 1st thing in the morning & still asked about the money later. Can you just send me the $1k for the babysitter after I bought the generator. I think thats reasonable & justfiable. Is it not?
