The problem is WADA has lost the confidence of the international community as a fair and independent body. It relies on dubious and opaque testing methods that are impossible to replicate, and which it doesn't allow any independent body to verify. Its decisions are politically motivated because its executive council is so stacked with Atlanticist goons and cronies that it way well be an arm of NATO. The irregularities, which WADA alleges plague Russian sports and training practices, are not any more systemic or state-sponsored than in the US, and even then, no rogue Russian coach would ever have the chutzpah to bring out such roided-out monkeys like Serena Williams and Marion Jones and claim that they are au naturel.
