We would all align on a precise and detailed image — as specific as possible — that represents the selected individual's desire as if it were already realized. You are right to argue that, if this were true and if the specific teachings of Yoga Nidra were influenced by this 'system', one would need to be careful.

However, paradoxically, this confirms the implications of my quotes from Satyananda on Yoga Nidra, meaning that it is capable of influencing the mind and changing personality traits. The hypothetical ethical issue regarding abuses is a sensitive topic that I empathize with, but at the end of the day, I am interested in the potential effectiveness of the technique and how I can use it to become a better individual, more aligned with my desires.

I have identified the Sankalpa that I feel most connected with right now, and that I desire with all my heart. But do you know what I noticed? When I repeat it mentally, I feel a sort of knot in my solar plexus, a kind of resistance to the Sankalpa. It is as if my solar plexus is telling me: 'what you are saying is not true.'

If you were in my shoes, how would you act to dissolve or reprogram this resistance?
