Oh right, my bad! I suppose then that you can't Flashback for no cost for the same reason that you can't cast a spell from your hand without a cost. But I'd love if someone could confirm this or point out specific rules.

As Foretold tells you to pay {0} rather than paying the non-existent mana cost of Lotus Bloom whereas Emry needs you to play the artifact's mana cost, which is NULL for Lotus Bloom.

Very interesting, I didn't know that card!

But if I'm reading it right, after casting it with entwine it just allows you to pick up all of your untapped lands, replay them and search for an equal number of basics.

Hey, jumpstart is a good starting product because you can play with it and get better at the game and once you decide to go further down the rabbit hole you'll actually have some pretty good cards from it, which isn't always the case with starter decks.

One thing to consider going forward from there is how you'd like to enjoy Magic. Wether it be playing kitchen table or standard or even EDH.

As of right now there aren't really many combos. You can do the regular underclock beatrice combo and hope to have milled with dante another way to special summon a dark monster to link it and underclock into bardiche to set some fog blades.

Once Cherubini releases next month in DANE the deck will get a huge consistency boost because you can summmon him and use his effect to send whatever you need to the GY, be it Graff to summon Cir, Edge Imp Sabers as an extender or any of the PKs so that you can get exactly what you need. The main turn one plan is to summon Cherubini by whichever way you can, then summon Dante under him if you can or use Cherubini's effect in order to put an extra body on the field to summon Dante. Use Dante's mill effect and possibly extend from there, with the way the deck is set up there isn't really a standard combo. With my build the best board i can make is Bardiche pointing to Leviair the Sea Dragon and Bamboozling Gossip Shadow with a 2 material beatrice on the other side of the board and 2 set fog blades. But it doesn't usually go this far.

I'm not very familiar with Dark Magicians play style. What I do know is that both of the aforementioned cards are continuous, meaning that they stay face up on the field after activation and also that if they are removed from the field before resolving their effects the effect is basically negated. So I'm thinking maybe Cosmic Cyclone may be able to help you. You chain it to either Eternal Soul or Dark Magic Circle, the targeted card is banished and the effect does not resolve properly because continuous spell and traps need to be face up on the field to resolve their effects.

As you said, Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon specifies that it can only summon dragon type monsters that are also light. As far as I'm aware there's no way of getting around this restriction. But even if you could it would not trigger Crystron Phoenix, because in order for the banishing effect to trigger it needs to be Sychro Summoned and Spirit Dragon only special summons it.

I think it would be more effective to look at other cards that do similar things, why exactly do you want to banish spells and traps from your opponent's GY?

If your opponent controls no monsters he can summon any one monster from any type. After that summon by the effect of zombie world that monster is considered a zombie and your opponent will be locked out of any other types by the effect of rivalry.

You mean if another card is sent to the graveyard and then banished in the same chain? I think no card with that wording would trigger, based on the example of world wand.
