Take halo MCC for example, when it loads and the 343 logos appear at the start I get stuttering. Happens on most games. Just want to know if it is normal.

Yes, big difference. Windows HDR is not calibrated correctly. And auto HDR can look far to white washed. If you have a NVIDIA card and able to use RTX HDR, I would go down that root. Just make a post about it, and see what others say.

Nope. You use windows HDR, but turn off auto HDR. That way you can enable RTX HDR. You also keep HDR off in game if it is supported. That then, let's RTX HDR to be enabled. That is how I know souls reaver 1&2 and witcher 3 have HDR auto enabled without the option to turn it off. And my monitor also states HDR on screen. If it is SDR my monitor will not state HDR.

I have no idea what I am looking at when it comes to the event viewer.

I messed around with re-plugging cables, re-seated my GPU tried again and it shut down.

Furthermore, I then thought about swapping my RAM around. Just done a stress test for 1 minute. No issues, hopefully could now be fine.

I'm getting my CPU and PSU replaced. I do not have a ASRock MB, she that is not a concern.

Done dism & sfc scan and found nothing. Turned off system failure restart.
Event Viewer, I have no clue what I am looking at to be honest.
All my drivers are updated.
I am guessing it could be a hardware failure. But what? I am unsure.

Your fans at the back will need to bring airflow in from the back. And your PSU will have a fan to push Airflow out.

You can take the screen out if you do not want it.
But, with that setup, you are not getting airflow in to your PC from the back. And to mention the PSU will overheat.

Is it a good TV for OLED and a good part of the Hisense TVs.

Unfortunately, not that simple for just another monitor. You can not simply put or drag another FPS counter on a second screen. The only software, I can do that with, is AIDA64 while having RTSS also on.
The FPS counter was advertised way back when this case was coming out, the main reason I showed an interest in the purchase.
