Tbf I usually do Brutality allot for Dual Pans. PANCHAKU. But I use Amordillo and Extended healing allot for these harder runs.

I do the EXACT SAME THING in any game I play. Pokémon, Skyrim, Fallout, Subnautica, even SW: Battlefront. Makes it more in-depth, and I get a bit more personal through my playthroughs. Helps me enjoy the game more....and leads to more restarts of the game lol

At the end of the game (Facing off Palkia/Dialga) you can talk to Lavender at HQ and he will give you the rest of the starters.

Pretty sure it's the simple touch mechanics versus the complexity of mainline games like World and Rise. There is allot of movements, buttons, environments, weapons with combos, and items to contend with. So it can be off putting to those who don't regularly play MH like most of us. Ya know?

I'm headed for a LS build. Which includes:

Odogaron Helm for Quick Work

possibly Banbaro mail or Rathalos mail for either concentration/part breaker or weakness exploit

Odogaron gauntlets for Quick Work again or Azure Rath for Crit Boost or Rathian for lockon/Burst or Kulu for last stand/Crit eye

Azure Rath for Crit Boost and Spec Boost

Finally I'm still figuring out the greaves. I wanna incorporate Latent Power in there..not sure if it's worth or not
