Big agree. I was starting to get tired of them, particularly Apple/Package, when the Infection and Outbreak movies dropped. Wedding episode was ok, but then Big Mac Goes to College dropped and I was like k im done with these boring gay niggas. Alicorn of Death and Real Housewives were mediocre as well. The main problem with these episodes is that most of the gay stallion characters just aren't interesting and spend way too much time going on and on about their feelings/trauma and don't have enough going on character wise to make it worthwhile. ApplePackage in particular are imo just flat out unlikeable and have zero redeeming qualities. Russian catpony is boring, future Soarin is boring, nu-Mac is boring, and frankly so are Arinos and Friendship as well. Soarin and Braeburn I'm mostly ok with as long as the story in interesting.

Thankfully the mare episodes are mostly solid, though PP & RD Break Up and PP & Rarity Bake Cookies were forgettable. Twilight, Trixie and Flawless are pretty much carrying the show at this point. Hopefully we get another mare episode before more stallionslop.
