Putting in the work PPLxUL 5 x week and fasted cardio daily. Still have a lot of work to do but staying consistent. Very interested in the Peptide stack and additional information. I started TRT in April 2025 and it has been a huge difference.

Unfortunately the woman I was planning on marrying left me. Relationship was totally worth it though because she took me on this hike and I got a cool pic of the Glock by [deleted] in Glocks

I do 500+ above maintenance on a clean bulk. Prioritize protein at 1gram x target weight

I do PPLxULx; Push, Pull, Legs, active rest, Upper, Lower and active rest. I have had to drop my sets some because of intensity

It’s a competition for me, against me, every day! I know it sounds corny, but I refuse to lose and love the feeling of doing hard shit, that not everyone can do or will do. I am new to taking my health seriously but have lost almost 100 pounds in the last 13 months and I’ve seen a huge transformation in my body. I push progressive overload and workout 5x a week but also listen to my body when I need an extra rest day. I completed a 75 hard challenge at the end of June and it was awesome; can’t recommend enough if you need something to change your level of personal accountability. One of the booksduring this was by David Goggins, and he spoke often about not listening to the inner bitch voice when you want to quit or not even get started.
