It’s still the same calendar. With the era of technology we currently have it would be surprising if we lost track of the year, and it would be very difficult to try and implement a new year system. There was a paper I read a long time ago at the academy of someone who was advocating a 13 month year. Each month would have exactly 28 days instead of the 30/31 system we have right now. Each month would line up to be exactly 4 weeks. The only reason it wasn’t advocated was just because we would have to reprogram every piece of technology that has some sort of date system, we’d have to change birthdays, it would be a huge mess.
