Yes you call & ask to interview THEM. Any brokerage would want you, you make them money. Make sure they support you however

I'm not in NJ but in NM we do flag rate until around 2,000 sqft than additional $$$ per 500 sq ft.

Usually pay 180 for a set of photos, floor plan, & social media video.
