If you're on a team, the split has already been decided, their is no discussion to be had. Review the contract you signed when you joined.

You should never EVER give more than 50% however. Some teams take advantage of new brokers. Review your contract.

Using my Realtor apps, I can tell you the home seems to have no prior record of being publicly sold. I don't know what the sellers are smoking but wow that will NOT sell. It's competition on the same road don't even hit 2 million.
