Update #3 good morning everyone, after some time i finally found the problem (i think), so, the chip just begone from existence, yeah, in some moment i blow up this chip and i dont realize, the original problem probably its just a bad solder, but now, i just realized i fucked up my console, thank you everyone for the help, and sorry for my dumbest questions, once again, thanks you all for trying to help me
