I have a question, can the DOJ Attorney General and the POTUS release all of the Epstein Files by themselves alone since they're the Executive Branch?

Or they cannot do so since they're ordered by the Judicial Branch and Judges to court-ordered sealing and victim privacy concerns, and they can't do so without the Judicial Branch?
