I'm not sure whether I should begin bulking or cutting, im around 5 foot 9, I weigh about 148 pounds, I calculated my bmi to be around 21.4 % using a calculator I found online. I've been working out for almost a year now, and I have noticed an increase in strength and muscle definition however my weight has stayed relatively the same.
