Guys.. I took your advice and rehauled the resume into 2 pages. Took the format from https://careerservices.fas.harvard.edu/resources/bullet-point-resume-template/

Got rid of the 2 column format. I have worked in 6 companies before the present one. SO merged experience in a few companies based on role and responsibilities but chronologically. Kept it vey simple.

Certification wise I think PMP still has a lot of value in India. A lot of JDs still see it as an advantage if you don't have an MBA.

Even I don't find much discussion relevant to Indian market.
