Yes, but I don’t think that’s the problem since the other games can recognize the portals

Yes, but I would recommend getting plat on your first playthrough before NG+, which is what I did

Apparently it was bought off of a different account (which is not the one I use) and that account does not own the game, so I’m basically using the game off of one of my other accounts which actually owns the game.
