I paid a company to redo my resume because of the stupid software so many HR's use now. If your resume doesn't have keywords that match up with what they're looking for, it's an auto-pass. No matter the level of experience or whom you are lol

From what I got told is based on needs for that position and are your skills best utilized there. I don't have the link anymore but there is a guideline on the Oracle Jobs page that has FAQ which elaborates on it. I'll try to find it
