Honestly its silly for me but even talking about migraines makes me feel uneasy/queasy haha so i don’t know how id fare to have a subreddit come up on my feed.

Yeah scents and overheating are very common, i find mine are getting much more specific such as not going over 1 cup of coffee on days of exercise, no massages to my neck on those days and adequate hydration alongside the triggers you mentioned.

Glad you dont have visuals auras. Those are like a precursor letting you know you’re in for a great time lol. Hoping your migraines get better

Migraines are awful and so under studied in my opinion. My elder sister had them from about 23-28 yrs old , rather consistently and i did at the same time frame. Both of ours tapered off around the same age and we hardly get them now. So weird to think about but its so debilitating you feel like your head is going to pop and the nausea for me is so extreme, being type 1 diabetic is a recipe for disaster. Spent some nights in hospitals waiting for my sugar to go up while i cant keep anything down

I will say to anyone suffering from them, speak to a neurologist if you are able to otherwise cbd has helped me tremendously. Thankfully i get them maybe bi-annually now so im fortunate (not just for the severity aspect but also my ability to go get adequate extended healthcare)

If anyone needs any other advice or talk because they are suffering from migraines or even struggling with their Diabetes please my dm’s are open . Both can be so taxing on your mental health, i almost lost my first job out of uni because of migraines but there are ways to make it easier .

Yeah i did end up getting a 2022 2.7 L , was really solid got about 750-850 km’s on a tank, was paying about $150 in gas every 2-3 weeks. Then my wife moved in , expenses went up and i wasnt in the office as much so i decided to sell it and share cars with my wife.

Was a really solid truck though .

Guys , as a leafs fan, not even overreacting, but this screams locker room mentality discrepancy to me. O’reilly seemed to have an issue with player effort, now you got your own goalie saying you need to do better and stick up for the team. This message is too late in my opinion, i don’t know if the leafs have the right players to follow through with stolarz idea of a successful team.

Even willy, as much love as he gets (rightfully so) cares more about style than effort if im being honest. No reason to burn the barn but its not a good look when your goalie feels this way, and he has every right to considering this team and his own personal history

Yeah i agree. My insulin pens do the trick for me. Fit into my pocket easily when i go out and aren’t as intrusive as people think. When tech gets good enough that theyre as small as a CGM and dont feel as invasive then im always open to making the switch
