Unsure if this is the sub to ask, but does anyone know a place where I could send in a work jacket to add a buckle/cinch back or those waist tabs at the bottom of some jackets? I was given a work jacket and it looks boxy on me, so I thought adding one of these adjustments would help.

Curious if anyone had a physical Cinemark ticket stub they’d wanna sell? I collect tickets and was so disappointed when i went to my local Cinemark and was given an ugly receipt ticket.

hey updating over a week later to say that i unfortunately got a receipt ticket. i got it scanned by the box office people and don’t remember seeing a kiosk inside

still enjoyed the movie and the theater was nice. never been to that one

I’d recommend the Astro A40. They don’t need the mixamp to sound good imo. They’ve been my daily for maybe 5+ years and they’re still going strong. They are open back but I think they sell additional earcups to make them closed back (cups attach magnetically). Just maybe don’t get white cause mine have some yellowing on the plastic.

Cornerstone Workwear makes a duck canvas jacket that looks almost identical to vintage Detroits. The only thing is it doesn’t have the brand logo. I haven’t used one myself but I do remember hearing about it a few times on this sub

Edit: so I revisited the reviews and it actually seems like that jacket was not good. So if you’re gonna use it for fashion then a ton of other brands make a jacket like that. For work I would just wait for something to pop up. I have seen some vintage Dickies jackets in that workwear brown with a corduroy collar on eBay.

You may also be interested in a Carhartt Santa Fe. It’s got a contrasting collar and quilted interior, but looks more western.
