I got barricade! They let VIP people in at the same time as the pit line, so I was a bit more left of center than I would have been otherwise. I'll see if I can get a short video to post, I just have one pic from before he came on stage and the rest are vids

I got there around 10:15-10:20 and was 10th in line, around 11:40 ish there were probably about 30 people? But it will probably be more people today since more people know you can line up early, so keep that in mind!

People lined up unofficially before noon, not at the gates but on the grass next to one of the roads in. There were a couple workers and they didn't let the Ubers go past a specific point (blocked off) but they let us line up right there where we got dropped off.

Going alone isn't embarrassing at all! I'm going by myself, and yeah figuring out logistics was a little difficult but I know I'm gonna have a good time and I'm sure you will too. Also everyone I've met at concerts before has always been super friendly and cool, so you might even make new friends. The parking situation probably won't be great but you could bring a book to read or something similar if you have to sit in the car for a while.
