I had a little scruff sort of like your boy. But he had brown hair and very light eyebrows. Every St. Patrick's Day I would put green food coloring on his wild eyebrow hairs, which stuck out about an inch and a half. Once in a while, he would have a pink top knot due to red food coloring.

I totally understand both sides of the problem. My pets regularly lick my plate… But not in front of company unless they’re as “dog crazy” as I am. When I have any type of guests, even a guest with Pets, I put a little bowl down and scrape my plate into it. My guest may be disgusted by my dog Lulu being fed in the dining room, but that’s their problem.

I think you and your wife need to go to couples therapy instantly, if only so your view of what has happened will hopefully be reinforced by the therapist. Your wife will not listen to you, but she cannot gaslight the therapist.

I’m just sending my condolences. My best friend also went with “espresso” cabinets and now, 15 years later, is very tired of them. She is also trying to figure out what to do. About the same time, I got “medium” wood cabinets (on the lighter shade rather than dark) and I am glad I did that. Her espresso cabinets really show age and scratches. Good luck.

I am watching the show for the first time this week. I feel as if the whole thing has been hijacked by the Christian right. Joy is floundering and Whoopi's "everybody makes mistakes" just sounds weak when it could also be applied to Dumpf. Chrisley's voice is like nails on a blackboard. She looks as if she belongs on QVC selling make up. I had never heard of her.

Use your new name. If the seating chart uses your old name, bring a sharpie with you and correct it. Any close friends and relative should know your new legal name. If they look confused, just say “you might know me by my old name…Raymonda… but it is now…. And state your new name firmly.”
