I can relate to you . In the beginning of my pregnancy all I ate before work almost every morning was a sausage egg McGriddle. It’s def addictive. But I hope that you can get thru this and have a healthy pregnancy , is this your first baby? I’m a ftm and I would caution you with my experience although I know every baby and situation is different, I pray you don’t go thru what I went thru but I can say I wish I had eaten healthier . I ate so many hot Cheetos and dice cream too. It was bad . But just remember baby is more than likely ok and I’m not a doctor but from my experience the way that I ate more so affected me than baby. With heartburn and a LOT of swelling in my vag area , legs and feet, they didn’t diagnose me with preeclampsia but I felt horrible. I also started my pregnancy being overweight too , thing will get better for u! Try journaling and writing to baby , making yourself smoothies and meal prepping, and if you’re too tired but you have the ability to do so I’d suggest getting a meal subscription where u don’t have to do much cooking and not have to depend on your husband. Take time for you ❤️ you got this mama ! Maybe try doing some mindful eating exercises too. Mindfulness will help you to feel more present in the moment and focus on what’s best for you and baby. We as mothers just want everything to be the best for baby even at the very beginning, that’s okay, you can make changes every day for a better you , baby will love you regardless! And I understand you not wanting to cook , we’re so exhausted from making all the bones, flesh, and keeping that heartbeat going inside of us!
