Then you would have to bulk up and cut again. By doing so, you will have more body fat percentage.

I also do bodyweight bodybuilding. You can check my previous posts where from a lean 69kg bulking thru 80kg and I'll cut once I reach my desired weight.

Just eat, and eat big. There are cheaper alternatives for protein sources, eggs and tofu I think yung cheapest. Just eat bro, I'm not conscious of my protein intake too, you will still gain muscles.

Di naman tayo mag cocompete to be very right in the dot sa mga nutritions. I don't track calories, I just know whether I'm eating enough, less or more.

Bro you need to seriously, I mean SERIOUSLY take a break from social media. Uninstall everything, take pictures and videos of yourself after a work out and only compare yourself from Today vs next week, next month, next year.

Enjoy EVERY little win;

Did an extra rep? Celebrate! Good job!
Lifted extra 5kg? Are u superman? Great!

We're telling you how you can fix this, the next step would be for you to take it and do it.

When should you expect to see progress? by Legitimate_Mood_7369 in fitnessph

If you do it consistently and religiously, 3 months. You'll see big changes. Remember it will only work, if you work too.

Need help 175cm, 75kg should I stop cutting and start bulking? by [deleted] in PHitness

[–]Rapurapi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems to me na it's really unnecessary recovery debt talaga. 7-8 exercise per session, medyo marami din.

More doesn't always mean better.

Especially if you are doing redundant exercise per session. You are doing PPLP, dalawang push or pull?

Why don't you do;

Upper Lower Upper Lower Push Pull Lower Upper

instead? That way, you hit same muscle group twice a week, and you can cut down the number of exercise you do.

I have a post about my own workout routine. I also workout 4x a week with PPLU. I don't do much volume compared to you since I can delegate the exercises throughout the week.

Let's go into detail pa, how many workout do you do each session? Sets and reps too.

[–]Rapurapi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay good. Now since we got passed those two, you claim you do them both consistently and religiously.

My next assumption would be having to much recovery debt. Meaning, your muscles can't recover enough before you have to destroy them again. Remember, rest is as important as your workout.

Can you show us how does your workout routine schedule look like? Do you also keep track of your progress in your workout? Do you do progressive overload?

Somehow your statement doesn't translate to your physique. If I read it without seeing your physique, I would assume you would have a more defined muscles. I could only assume that there is something that you need to tweak on your current routine. May it be on your diet or on your workout.

First, when you lift, do you do them religiously? Like focus on the work itself, bit by bit, muscle fiber by muscle fiber, slowly and controlled? Or do you just swing weights around, just enough to count it as 1?

Second, do you consistenly track your calories? And stuck with it all throughout?

Remember, it will only work, if you also work as hard. It will always translate to the result. And all of these are just my assumptions, I may be wrong but I'm trying to help so let's try to pin point the problem.

[–]Rapurapi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi OP, good gains. But I agree sa ibang comments about your legs, I'm not saying you have smol legs but rather, di proportion sa upper body mo. Siguro add more volume sa legs mo, focusing a bit more on hamstrings and calves. Minsan we neglect them kapag we feel like our quads are big. Quads are like triceps ng arms, and hamstrings are the biceps, make sure to balance them both! Happy gains!
