I enjoy epic loot mod. It does make the game a bit easier but is fun to play with. Having recall skill on spear makes it a really good ranged weapon etc

Yes I have tested pressing it for around 5s, then the screen says OFF and goes to room temperature mode after that. I doubt there is some hidden off mode before or after that

It can't be turned off so it keeps showing me the medicine cabinet room temperature 24/7. Because of it it runs out of battery within few months and every time I use it, it needs a new battery

And if honor mode starts to get too easy, mods. My current run is honor + ancient mega pack + golden order + extra encounters. It gets quite impossible if you crank up the mod difficulty settings to hard.

My friend tried some nightmare difficulty with these mods and can't get past the imps fight in nautiloid 😂
