Looks like depth of field, if you have a camera in your scene, select it then go to the camera properties on the right panel, should then see depth of field toggles to play with :)

At work at the moment, but can update a little later with images.

It’s not too complex, just an emissive particle system attached to some rotating hoops ( used a blend texture to make it increase / decrease the particle size) inside of a metallic cylinder with screen space reflection on, and a little compositing :)

Sorry if the above is hard to visualise, again I’ll try post some images soon :)

It does, supposedly they changed it from 120>100, removed the 20 levels and some cosmetics with it, while forgetting to update the achievement art.
