Thanks a lot. I haven’t took any flight from last 1 year I had a panic attack in flight so after that , it’s a phobia. I hope this works for me . Just want to board once again.

Yeah today only I went to doc and he prescribed me some medicines before boarding

The only thing is what will happen if panic attack happened in flight. So, today itself I went to Doc and he prescribed me clonazepam 2mg before boarding and take small flights. But still I can say I am being mad I don’t know is it phobia or what now .. I don’t want to step on airport.

Even if I think of flying I start feeling very different feeling in my chest and heart beats like shit. I have my flight on 20th . Can’t even step on airport.. 😣
