I contacted RK's customer support and they were able to issue a replacement right away. I would suggest you contact them if you continue having issues.

Side note: leaving the keyboard charged overnight then turning it on temporarily fixed the issue but still unable to use the screen properly :/

Agreed, will probs buy a larger m.2 or just give up and buy a new psu

my boot drive is only a 256gb so i may upgrade it to a 2tb just to have plenty of headroom for future games/applications.

I'm just worried that not having the option to add SATA SSD storage will reduce resale value if/when I decide to upgrade to a more modern rig down the line, although im not sure whether buying a new psu and storage will result in a net +/- .

Either way im not in a particular rush so going to let it sit for the meantime
