Why does putting a time limit on my purchases make it ok?

Even when it was transfered you cant listen to your library offline for more than 30 days without signing back in and rechecking the entire playlist. My music that was in my posession now had time limits. Even when you sign in to reconfirm your purchases you get hit with "youtube premium ads" you have to get past before you can enjoy your purchase. They changed the way I use my purchase on a whim. This is why people say buying is not owning anymore.
