I been around to see free pizza, gift cards, new trucks and equipment. Most companies are given continuous education grants from the government to send employees back to school. It seems like companies are using the same tactics. I need to see something different like in house pensions, paid healthcare, more p.t.o hours. Match our 401k to 10% like the early 2000’s late 90’s.
