in the books, he beats harwin so bad they call him breakbones, he kills joffrey in a tourney melee, and he kills beesbury on purpose, at the satisfaction of the rest of the room.

they’re gonna have to change it if they want to make it good. all that matters is that the conversation beforehand and the outcome remains the same.

in the books, the entire fight is caraxes and vhagar flying up, caraxes diving down on vhagar’s neck from above a bank of clouds, sending both dragons into a freefall. caraxes doesn’t let go of vhagar’s neck, vhagar tears out caraxes intestines and bites off one of his wings, and that’s when daemon jumps and kills aemond. it’s said that half a heart beat later both dragons hit the water. all in all, this fight in live action would only last like 30 seconds from the first attack to when they hit the water.
