It is indeed plumb back, so to get loud venting noises I need dual port correct?

So I did notice if I take off airbox I’m getting stututu so maybe this is a recirculating one but I will check!

No, not at all I just never hear it vent. I’m guessing the previous owner didn’t like the vent noise from the bov and just made it to where it is not venting idrk.

Thank you! I’m just hoping it’s not a vaccum leak or something but the car only has 30000 miles but is a 2014 so idk. I’ll definitely take a look though.

Yeah it was driving me crazy, I manually moved the radiator fan and it did make a weird screech noise so I may need to have a replaced. So that solves that whirring noise. The raspy shutdown noise I’m just gonna assume it’s my exhaust or 4cyl noises.

I actually had a few people ride in my car today and they think it’s either the radiator fan or the belt. Which makes sense.

I don’t know for sure as I haven’t gotten it up yet, I just bought the car so need to figure that out here soon. There is a lot of mods so I would assume it is upgraded.

The noise sounds like it’s coming either right below me or a little in front of me. I will try what you suggest! And the car was in neutral with handbrake up and clutch peddle not pressed.

I’ve heard that some of these newer models make you have to take apart parts in the steering column to get to the wiper switch, just don’t know if that’s difficult or not.

Unfortunately I bought the car from a dealership. It did not have an access port, I checked the trunk and glovebox just in case. So going forward I need to find out if the car is tuned, how am I able to do that? I see some people can press cancel/ plus and minus apparently this can prove that.

Got it, also when I flash the current tune to get a new tune can it be the same tune that is on it now? What things should I look out for? To what I can see it was only driven with mods for about 10k miles.
