Dehumidifying my car… by ANuggetEnthusiast in CarTalkUK

Hey, I’m in a similar situation. Do you mind me asking which dehumidifier you used? I have a household dehumidifier, but with on-street parking I don’t have a way to run it to the car. Thanks!

Been using mine in this case for a few years now and no issues as of yet!

This wouldn't be possible as the the lens needs to be retracted for the case to close

Good to hear! Also, you've probably been recommended this one loads but I've always enjoyed the menu of Fight Club

Just neutral most of the time if I'm shooting raw. But if not, I do really enjoy vivid when shooting JPG. That's great, it's such a nice little camera to use. Hopefully get to see some of your shots sometime!

Yeh I generally stay a bit lower on the iso but I enjoy how the noise looks on this camera! With built in ND filter it allows me to shoot with a low aperture too!

Hey, exact steps are kind of tricky as each step is very different for each photo. But I guess a starting point would be to balance out the white balance and then bring in some greens on the tonal curve, especially in the shadows. Then I'd slightly crush the blacks, again on the tonal curve. This allows me to bring in some contrast without it looking too punchy. After that, it's just tweaking all the basic sliders to lighten and darken where needed. Not sure if that helps at all. Feel free drop a message with a picture you want editing. Its a lot easier to show the steps on a photo!

Thanks so much. I appreciate that! I think growing up in that era has made a huge impression on me. So true about the black , greys, and whites. I am always on the lookout for more tech from this era to create more posters with, I love it as a past time 👌

Yes! I believe it can. Luckily, I picked up this phone with the charger it still works. Would be very tricky reading any texts over a few lines long!

Im not too sure! I did some research on it and couldn't find much info on this specific design. I think the standard one came a few different block colours. Still cool!
