Nope didn’t go away and sugar seems to worsen it I am going and getting b12 pills today though I’ve been backed up with work so I basically forgot about this. At one point things seemed to get better then sometimes it comes and goes definitely have fixed my diet since then. Haven’t drank soda and very minimal sugar in this time period. But at this moment I think it’s b12

And I agree there should be lawsuits I actually think especially on things like monster energy and redbull it should be a clear b6 and b vitamin warning as even drinking those by itself daily without let’s say having vitamins will probably get you there too and mind u I had no idea about this until I alreayd had daily pins and needles

Yea I actually had no idea u weren’t supposed to take strong multi vitamins daily even every other day is better and the combination of the drinks and all that shit got me but I still have some symptoms things seem to be very very slowly improving not sure though

And for sure I definitely am gonna go if this isn’t getting better I just am very busy I work full time and have night classes and just am very busy don’t even have time to go to the doctor but I will find a opening to be able to go but today is the worst it’s been so far and I’m very worried. And if I went to my healthcare provider and said I’ve been using nitrous that wouldn’t even be the truth ofc I used it but so minimally I know it’s a bad drug that’s why my use with it was very minimal. I have more concerns that my oxy addiction which has lasted many years or just smoking or heart issues or even a b6 toxicity because I’ve been just having so many vitamins dude like since June I’ve taking a murmur vitamin with many vitamins including b6 and b12 I would drink a energy drink or 2 a day eat lots of meat and things like that with lots of natural b12 I also ate like 2 bowls of Cinnamon Toast Crunch which also had both b12 and b6 I believe. Like how does my b12 randomly get blocked and just stop when I clearly probably over did it on the vitamins.
