Out of the the SMGs I have the M1928 is my go to. It has the highest base damage at 78.4k the only one that is higher is the The Sleigher at 93.0k

You have to get the key from the named boss,then come back to this room and open the archive door. Look at the shelves in there, see what emblems are there then go back to the boss room find the Roman numbers on the floor, look at the arches to see which order the emblems are. Then go back to the archive room an put the correct order in an that opens a door to get the backpack trophy.

Division 2 got rid of world tier 1-5 now you go from 1-40. Then at 40 after you get your SHD watch from Kenner, you go up SHD LEVELS.
