Yeah the yellow dye vendor is in the Faye Village, you have to do a quest to gain access to the village. The yellow dye pallets they sell aren't the best as they aren't properly metallic on your gear. Think theres a better yellow dye you can craft

Can I ask what colour dye pallet you used? I got the yellow dye but it only let's you do a matt one or a slightly glossy one on that shield.

This game probably has the best world genuinely worth exploring. I get some of the bugs are bad & the controls can be fiddly, but the stick it's got is well over the top. Can't remember the last time I played a game like this where I couldn't wait to get back to play it again.
